Secretary: Ronald Rohlfing
Ron Rohlfing has been involved in the West Chester-Liberty community since 2006, when The Health Alliance, now UC Health, started planning for West Chester Hospital. Ron’s community service initially began as an advocate for West Chester Hospital, in his role of vice president of operations for the hospital. West Chester Hospital. He has been responsible for all operations and ancillary support departments within the hospital since it opened in 2009.
Ron has also served as a project manager, during which he developed a series of processes and programs in anticipation of the hospital’s opening. He has also been a practicing registered respiratory therapist since 1989 and has performed numerous clinical and project management roles with The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.
Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Lean Design).
Ron serves as a member of the American College of Health Care Executives, the American Association of Respiratory Care, is a member of the West Chester-Liberty Chamber Alliance Board of Directors (2014 Board Chair), and is an advisory member for Butler Tech’s Bio-Science health programs.
Ron has lived in the greater Cincinnati area since 1982 and currently resides in Northern Kentucky.
