Jeffrey Diver is is the executive director of Supports to Encourage Low-income Families (SELF), the Butler County Community Action Agency dedicated to helping low-income families become self-sufficient.
Throughout his career, Jeff has actively served on numerous committees and boards, especially those helping to meet human needs. He currently serves as president of Primary Health Solutions (the community health center network in the county), vice president of the Transit Alliance of Butler County, and executive committee member and past president of the Butler County Family and Children First Council. He also is an Internal Consultant for the Ohio Community Action Training Organization.
In 2005, Jeff was presented the Karen S. House Leadership Award for Dedication and Commitment to the Development of Leadership for Regional Collaboration by the West Chester-Liberty Chamber Alliance. In 2008, he was presented with the MLK Drum Major Award from the Middletown Ministerial Alliance.
Before coming back to the area where he was raised, Jeff was the field director of the National SAFE KIDS Campaign, based in Washington, D.C. and chaired by the former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop, M.D.
Jeff and his wife Angela are the proud parents of four children, ages 9 to 20..
