Caring Community Collaborative Board of Directors

 Our President, Lynda O’Connor has been active for many years in her community in a variety of leadership roles. 

 Tom Farrell has been involved in the Liberty West Chester community for over 30 years. He is also a Liberty Township Trustee.

 Jeffrey Diver has actively served on numerous committees and boards, especially those helping to meet human needs. 

 Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Accounting and Marketing from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri in 1992. 

Michelle Moody is the Publisher of West Chester + Liberty Lifestyle magazine. Since launching the magazine in the fall of 2015, Michelle and her team have filled its pages with stories about the people, businesses, events, in and around our community. 

Randy Oppenheimer is the retired executive director of communications for Lakota Schools.  He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance.
